Islamic inheritance law is considered to be the most important part of all the guidance, scriptures and scriptures that Allah has given to man.  It explains partisanship as a right of an individual and it is the duty of Muslims to accept it without violating it.  He has built up the burden of disobeying his command even into the most terrible heavens.  Although verses 11 and 12 of Sura Anniza clearly explain that there is no denying that the Muslim community is ignorant and ignorant about it.  It is necessary to clarify that the Sri Lankan Muslim community and to divide the share on the basis of the Inheritance Act without economic progress.  The study is conducted based on primary data such as interview and observation.  It can be seen that during the division of property in this area, men are generally subjugated and often only women are given property.  This has greatly affected the economic progress of men.  In order to redress the dilemma, Islamic inheritance law, its necessity and importance are explained with the heb of scholars and lawyers at all levels, and the creation of examplary families based on Islamic inheritance law.

அல்லாஹ் மனிதனுக்காக வழங்கியுள்ள அனைத்து வழிகாட்டல்கள், வேதங்கள் மற்றும் வேதக்கட்டளைகளுள் மிக முக்கியமானதொரு பகுதியாக இஸ்லாமிய வாரிசுரிமைச் சட்டம் காணப்படுகிறது. ஒருவருக்கு உள்ள உரிமையினடிப்படையில் பாகப்பங்கீட்டை விளக்கியுள்ளதுடன் அது மீறமுடியாமல் முஸ்லிம்கள் அதனை ஏற்று நடப்பது கடமையாகும். அவனது கட்டளையை மீறுவதன் பாரதூரத்தை மிகப் பயங்கரமான வசனங்களுக்கூடாக சுட்டிக் காட்டியுள்ளான். ஸுறா அன்னிஸாவின் 11 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வசனங்கள் இதனைத் தெளிவாக விளக்கியிருந்தபோதிலும் முஸ்லிம் சமூகம் அது தொடர்பாகப் பெரும்பாலும் அறியாமலும் அறிந்தும் அதனைப் புறக்கணிப்போராக இருப்பதை மறுக்கமுடியாது. இலங்கை முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்தினரிடத்தில் இதுபற்றிய தெளிவூட்டுவதனூடாகப் பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு இஸ்லாமிய வாரிசுரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் பங்கு பிரிப்பதானது அவசியமாகும். இவ்வாய்வானது முதற்தர தரவுகளான நேர்காணல், அவதானம் என்பனவற்றை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வுப் பிரதேசத்தில் சொத்துப் பிரிப்பின்போது பொதுவாக ஆண்கள் அநீதிக்கு உட்படுத்தப்பட்டிருப்பதனையும் பெரும்பாலும் பெண்பிள்ளைகளுக்கு மாத்திரமே சொத்து வழங்கப்பட்டிருப்பதனையும் காணக்கூடியதாக உள்ளது. இது ஆண்களது பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றத்தில் பெரிதும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியள்ளது. இந்நிலையினைச் சீர்செய்வதற்காக இஸ்லாமிய வாரிசுரிமைச் சட்டம், அதன் அவசியம் மற்றும் முக்கியத்துவம் என்பன எல்லா மட்டத்திலும் துறைசார் உலமாக்கள், சட்டத்தரணிகளின் துணைகொண்டு விளக்குதல், இஸ்லாமிய வாரிசுரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையிலான முன்மாதிரி குடும்பங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படுதல் என்பன போன்ற இன்னும் பல விதந்துரைகளும் இங்கு முன்வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
