ஆய்வுச்சுருக்கம்

கற்றல் - கற்பித்தல் திட்டத்தை - செயல்பாட்டை வெற்றியடையச் செய்பவர் ஆசிரியரே ஆவர். ஆசிரியர் என்போர் நாளும் கற்பவர்; கற்பிப்பவர்; மாணவர்களைக் கற்கத் தூண்டுபவர் என்பது அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே. மாணவர்களின் ஆளுமைப் பண்புகளை வெளிக்கொணர்பவர்; புதிய உத்திகளைக் கற்பித்தலில் புகுத்துபவர்; மாணவர்களின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு வழிகாட்டுபவர்; நல்ல மாணவரை உருவாக்க மானுடம் கற்பித்து சமூகப் பொறுப்புகளை எடுத்துரைக்கக் கூடியவராக ஆசிரியர் விளங்குகிறார். இத்தனை பரிமாணங்களைக் கொண்டிருக்கக்கூடிய ஆசிரியர்களால்தான் தனது கற்பித்தல் தொழிலில் வெற்றி அடைய முடியும்.

குறிப்பாக, இலக்கியம் கற்பிக்கும் ஆசிரியர் இலக்கியம் ஏன் கற்பிக்கப்படுகிறது? அதன் முக்கியத்துவம் என்ன? இலக்கியம் எவ்வகையில் பயன்படுகிறது? எவ்வாறு கற்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்? என்ற செய்திகள் குறித்த தெளிவு இன்றி இலக்கியம் கற்பிக்க எந்தவித அணுகுமுறையும் மேற்கொள்ள முடியாது. இக்கருத்தியலை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட சிந்தனை இங்கு முன்வைக்கப்படுகிறது.

Abstract

Learning – Teaching  methods  put forth into action only by the teaching fraternity. It is a well known fact that a teacher is a learned personality who learns throughout their life, teaches till their end, motivates students to learn well.  He introduces new techniques, modules in the learning process, and paves a way for the virtual growth of the students.  His teaching becomes universal since he teaches from heart and creates a responsible human to the world. All these factors, add more dimensions to make him the best and also a successful teacher.

The teacher one who teaches literature always stands par excellence  because he has to  impart the main purpose of teaching literature, the significance of it and how far one  could make use of it, unless he does, one can not inculcate the soulful touch of literature.  In view of all  this very concept, the theme of the study has put forth into a research article.
