Teaching Tamil Literature using Explee and Power Director Applications

ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம்

எக்ஸ்ப்ளீ என்பது டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் உருவாக்கமாகும்.  இதில் பயனீட்டாளர்களுக்கு "வைட்போர்டு அனிமேஷன்" விளக்கக்காட்சிகளை உருவாக்க அனுமதிக்கிறது. எக்ஸ்ப்ளீ செயலி தன்னுள் மூன்று முக்கிய பகுதிகளைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. அவை, காட்சி அதாவது தளவமைப்பு பலகை, ஒர் ஊடக பலகை அதில் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான படங்கள், இசை மற்றும் உரை விருப்பங்கள் உள்ளடங்கியிருக்கும், மற்றும் ஒரு காலவரிசை அதாவது காணொளி உருவாக்கத்திற்கான கதைக்களம் போன்றது ஆகும்.  தமிழ் மொழி கற்பித்தலிலும் எக்ஸ்பிளீயைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். உதாரணமாக, இதில் தமிழ் இலக்கியங்களில் ஒன்றான பழமொழி பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. பாரம்பரிய முறையான ஆசிரியர் கூறும் விளக்கத்தைக் கேட்டு மாணவர்கள் புரிந்து கொள்வது போல் இல்லாமல் இதில் அந்த பழமொழிக்கு ஒரு கதைக்களம் அமைக்கலாம். அதனை மாணவர்களை ஈர்க்கும் வண்ணம் மாற்றியும் அமைக்கலாம்.  அடுத்து, பவர் டைரக்டர் என்பது காணொளிகளைத் தொகுக்க பயன்படுத்தப்படும் செயலியாகும். இதில் பின்னிணை குரல் பதிவு, இசை, காட்சிகள் ஒழுங்குபடுத்துதல் போன்றவற்றை மேற்கொள்ளலாம். மாணவர்களிடத்தில் எக்ஸ்பிளீ, பவர் டைரக்டர் என இரு செயலிகள் தமிழ் மொழி கற்பிதலில் மிகப் பெரிய தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும். 

Abstract

Explee application is the development of digital technology. It allows users to create "whiteboard animation" presentations. The Explee processor itself has three main parts. They are visual, a layout board, a media board that contains hundreds of images, music and text options, and a timeline, such as a storyline for video creation.Thus, Explee can make Tamil language teaching more interesting. For example, one of the proverbs in Tamil literature is used. It can be easily taught to students by this application. This can set a storyline for the proverb without the students having to listen to the traditional teacher's explanation. Listening to the story in general is one of the most favorite things for students. Therefore, this application way can set the storyline for the proverb or any kind of literature that comes to teach. It can also be set to change the color to attract students easily. Unlike other processors, teachers can draw and illustrate scenes without creating a storyline with only scenes. This is the uniqueness of this Explee application. Other than that, Power Director is an application  used to compile videos. This includes voice recording, music, and scene adjustment. Therefore, teachers can download the video created in the Explee application and then compile it in the Power Director app. So, Explee and  PowerDirector applications can easily bring Tamil literature to students.
